What areas do you service?
We are located close to downtown Dallas area . We try to stay within a 10 mile radius of that are so we area able to get to ever pet visit within a timely matter.
What happens if my pet gets sick while I'm away or may pass away?
Pets that we deem to be in a medical crisis will be transported by us to your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. All efforts to contact you will be made, but in the event that you cannot be reached, we will always include in our service agreement, an agreed upon limit to be charged on veterinary care in your name. We highly recommend having a credit card on file at your vet office.Â
In the tragic event that your pet passes away while you are gone, we will know exactly what to do because you both will have discussed it during the meet & greet. We specifically ask about this so we know your wishes whether you wanted to keep the pets body, have it privately cremated or given to your vet.
Should it happen to be that we are the ones caring for your beloved pet while they pass on, please know that they will be surrounded with deep love and affection.
Is my information kept confidential?
YES! All client information is undoubtedly kept confidential. We will not discuss any household items or conversations with anyone. (However, we will report all animal neglect and/or abuse to the authorities. We are in business to care and love for pets and it is our responsibility to make sure all pets under our care are treated humanely and appropriately cared for. We only provide pet sitting services to responsible pet parents!)

What kind of pets do you care for?
We have a wide range of experience with virtually every kind of creature; from dogs and cats, to hamsters and rabbits, iguanas and turtles, to fish and frogs, pigs and snakes, chickens and various birds, and even horses! Just let us know if you have a special pet or unusual needs, and we will do our best to exceed your expectations.
How do you determine what time you will visit my home?
Whether providing daily visits or midday dog walks to your pets, we will aim to keep as close to your pet’s routines as possible. Just let us know the 2 hour time range you prefer your scheduled visit to take place. When you meet for your initial consultation, you will let your sitter know all you can about your pets’ normal activities, and they’ll do their very best to keep that same routine!
Do you administer all types of medications?
Yes, as long as your pets do not pose a threat to the sitter. When you first contact us, be sure to let us know of your pet’s individual medicinal needs so we can provide you with the proper staff member who is able to administer them. Additional fees may apply for specialized or complex medication routines including injections, IVs, or other specialized services outside oral and topical methods.
